The same holds true when it comes time to proof a business card, a wedding invitation or your yearly family Christmas card. You want to make sure everything is perfect!<\/p>\n<p>To achieve the desired perfection, please remember the following tips when you\u2019re entering any and all information on a <a title=\"123Print\" href=\"http:\/\/www.123print.com\" target=\"_blank\">123Print<\/a> product, or writing\/typing any important document:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>1.)\u00a0\u00a0 Read every sentence and word out loud, exactly how you have it written.<br \/>\n2.)\u00a0\u00a0 Read from the end to the beginning, so you aren\u2019t reading in context.<br \/>\n3.)\u00a0\u00a0 Proof it once and then come back to it later to proof it again.<br \/>\n4.)\u00a0\u00a0 Use a spell checker and grammar checker.<br \/>\n5.)\u00a0\u00a0 Pay close attention to fonts that are unusual (italics and bold mainly)<br \/>\n6.)\u00a0\u00a0 Have a friend or family member proof for you. A new set of eyes always helps.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Proofreading takes time. Go over your design or document more than once. Always have a fresh set of eyes go over your design or document.
