Be sure to include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Job title<\/li>\n<li>The tasks that will be required of the hired candidate<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities that are crucial to the company&#39;s success<\/li>\n<li>A list of relevant role descriptions, for example, the supervisors who will oversee the new employee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>According to Monster.com, a well-written piece can <a href=\"http:\/\/hiring.monster.com\/hr\/hr-best-practices\/recruiting-hiring-advice\/attracting-job-candidates\/how-to-write-a-job-description.aspx\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">attract the right kind of employees<\/a> and filter through people who aren&#39;t cut out for the job.
