If you're running a small business, your advertising and marketing efforts are likely never far from your mind. Companies have found car advertisements can offer a great deal of benefits, both financially and for their advertising efforts. Here are just a few:

  • They're one of the most versatile types of advertisements. Businesses can decide when to use them and when not to, can switch them between cars to get even more views throughout the day, and can replace them during times when they're running specific promotions. 
  • The nature of car signs is such that driving around for just a few hours could get your company hundreds or even thousands of impressions (meaning the advertisement will be viewed by a huge amount of potential customers). 
  • Car magnets are also extremely cost effective. For the amount of potential impressions a single sign can get you, it costs a relatively small amount of money. Plus, car signs can last for years, making them worth that single one-time expense.

Tips for Designing Magnetic Car Signs
For your car magnets to be as effective as possible, there are a few things you should include in the design. Of course, the advertisement should incorporate (and complement) the company's logo, using eye-catching colors that make sense for the business. You should also make sure to incorporate specific contact information that will drive customers to you. This will be different based on each company's needs. If you're hoping to spur more website views, for instance, you'll want to add an engaging and easy-to-remember URL. If you'd rather send customers to your storefront, include your location or street address. Remember that you and the people viewing your sign will most likely be moving, so your ad should get across the most important information within just a few seconds – that means the simpler the design, the better.

Magnetic signs are an effective tool for advertising your business, and the perfect way to get the word out to residents of your neighborhood or city.
