So, You Want to Design a Company Logo? [INFOGRAPHIC]

In the business world, image is everything. Your company logo provides a way for customers to remember your brand with a mental image. Who doesn’t think about a Big Mac after seeing a giant gold “M”? Or a White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha when you see a green and white siren? (You know … the lady with the long wavy hair).

Before ordering your first set of official company business cards, you’ll want to design your perfect logo. Where to begin? Start with a SMILE. Simple. Memorable. Inviting. Limited. Exciting. Now that you’ve gotten your concept, it’s on to the design. Your logo’s design elements, color and font, will do most of your logo’s “talking”. What do you want it to say?

Go Go Logo!

    • Micaela - We're so glad you found it helpful! It was a fun infographic to research and create :)

  • We often get asked for a logo design that can stand the test of time. Something that will last forever. I mean, we look at all these “Mega Corporates” and their logos never change. Do they? Well, actually and surprisingly, they do….a lot.

    • Hi Michele! You bring up a good point. If you are an established company, I think having a logo redesign can be refreshing - as long as you maintain some key design elements and have the same messaging!

  • A company logo is not just an image or a sign it is more then these things because it will be your brand ambassador in future and people will recognize your brand with your image. Therefore it should be more attractive, meaningful and colorful. In this scenario your shared company logos are very helpful to understand the importance of company logo designs.

    • Maria - Thanks for sharing! Agreed. Your company's logo will do most of the talking, especially with first impressions.

  • I’m not that much of a internet reader to be honest but your blogs really nice,
keep it up! I'll go ahead and bookmark your site to come back in the future.
    All the best

    • We're so happy to hear that!! If you'd ever like to get more information on a certain topic, please don't hesitate to bring it up!
