  • Start a wedding folder/binder to help you stay organized.
  • Decide who you want in your wedding party, and extend them an invitation.
  • Determine a budget.
  • Determine how many guests you’d like at your wedding, and start making a list. A digital spreadsheet works best to easily sort through names, addresses, RSVPs, etc.
  • Decide on a date. Book venues for your ceremony and reception.
  • Begin researching photographers, bands, DJs, florists, caterers and bakeries.
  • Book your officiant.
  • Start shopping for Wedding Save the Dates, Wedding Invitations and RSVP Cards.
